Intercultural communication is an essential tool for anyone
in business or social situations. The ability to adapt, relate to, respect, and
work with people from different ethnic, religious, and social backgrounds is crucial.
To tailor or properly change forms of communication and social contact with others is important to maintain effective
understanding and relationships.
My experience living, working, and studying in
the countries of the former USSR have allowed me to develop my intercultural skills. By working with others with other ethnicity, I have proved that I can integrate Interdisciplinary application
into managing various social situations.
As seen
in the following pictures, I have had the opportunity to work with many diverse and varying peoples from all around the world. I have had to develop intercultural understanding and acceptance of customs, traditions,
and many beliefs and philosophies in order to maintain effective relations with so many different people.
